We pride ourselves on our on time deliveries
It is important to us that we deliver on time to ensure the smooth running
of your event and that we do not waste your in waiting for us. With the exception of any unforseen cirmstances
such as traffic accidents or the late return of equipment you can rest assured that your delivery will be made
on time and you will not be inconvenienced.

We are on Time or No Delivery Charge
We make a delivery appointments in a 30 minute window. If we do not arrive within that
30 minute window and we are late then you will not be charged for the delivery.

Costs:
Deliveries and Setup
costs can vary according to distance and venue. Delivering to buildings without parking and venues such as
convention centres where access to the area is more difficult and time consuming is more costly than delivering
to a business address that has parking or a loading bay available. With the ever increasing fuel and transport
costs and the necessity to run an efficicient delivery system for our customers it is essentail that our a terms
of use policy ai appled to our deliveries.
CBD
Deliveries
Due to the enormous increase in the cost of fuel
and deliveries eZeHire is no longer able make free deliveries to the CBD area. Even though we include a 15
minute delivery time for each delivery and pick up, we are endeavouring to keep our charges reasonable and
well below normal courier charges for our customers. You ask that you assist us in keeping
these charges down by not delaying our drivers or delivery personnel beyond the alotted 15 minutes
allowed for any delivery or pick up.
Deliveries are priced on a time and zone
basis
Time: The maximum time allowed for delivery to any
zone is 15 minutes
Delkivery Zones and Charges
Zone 1 = $35
Zone 2 = $49
Zone 3 = $65
Zone 4 = $95
Zone 5 = $120
Terms of Use
Policy
Note: We pride ourselves on our efficiency and
scheduling and we do our utmost to be as prompt as possible with your deliveries and colloections. It is
essential to the schedule of deliveries that you do not hold up our drivers in any way and do your best to
assist our delivery staff in completing the delivery within the scheduled 15 minutes allowed. Otherwise this may
cause inconvenience to other customers.
If you do hold up our driver when they are making a
delivery and the delivery time exceeds 15 minutes then an additional charges of $2.50 per minute for each minute
in excess of 15 minutes until our driver is released.
Setup
If setup is required and it can be accomplished withing the 15
minutes then there will be no additional charge. For each additional minute in excess of 15 minutes
a charge of $2.50 per minute will be billed.
Parking
Needless to say it is
the clients responsibility to supply adequate parking for delivery and access to the building premises. If the
client can not make a loading bay or parking space available for delivery and setup, then the client is
responsible for any parking costs and any additional time taken for the delivery in excess of the first 15
minutes.
Buildings without
parking or loading bay access, or certain buildings such as a convention centres often involve additional
parking costs. Supply of adequate parking or loading bay arrangements to facilitate the delivery are the
responsibility of the client. If our driver incurrs any parking costs for delivery to the client these are due
and payable to the driver at the time of delivery.
Parking
Charged to Account
Deliveries and Setupdoes not pay for parking at the time of the
delivery and requires parking charges to be invoiced then a minimum administration fee of $15 will be applied
for each parking charge to cover the invoicing, administration and financing of the parking
costs.
If there is noone there to accept the delivery at the appointed
time
It is the clients responsibilty to meet our staff or driver at the
appointed delivery time. If you fail to keep the delivery appointment with us for delivery you will be charged
for that delivery at the above rates regardless of whether the equipment is re scheduled for delivery, you will
aslo be charged for the subsequent delivery.
Cancellation of
delivery
Deliveries run on a
roster or may even be contracted. A minimum of 4 hours notice is required for cancellation of any delivery after
which time delivery will be billed.

Needless to say it is
the clients responsibility to supply adequate parking for delivery and access to the building premises. If the
client can not make a loading bay or parking space available for delivery and setup, then the client is
responsible for any parking costs.
Buildings without
parking or loading bay access or in certain buildings such as a convention centres often involve additional
parking costs which are added to the cost of the rental. They also take a lot longer to get the job done which
increase the time costing on the job to deliver, install and pickup afterwards.
These costs also have
to be considered in the rental or passed on to the client as a separate charge.
