Damage Waiver
The hirer of any equipment is always responsible for any and all damage to Hire and
Rental Equipment. Most business insurance would cover rented equipment but it pays to read your policy or
check with your broker.
If you are concerned that you may not be covered (this is sometimes the case when using
equipment outside of your insured premises for such purposes as seminars and conferences etc) then we
recommend that you take out our damage waiver for 20% surcharge on your total rental price.
As insurance companies will not cover theft on rented goods we are unable to offer any cover for
theft and the damage waiver covers damage only. The hirer is at all times responsible for theft of the
equipment and it is recommended that you keep rented equipment in your possession at all times or have it
insured under your business insurance policy.
