What is the Ezehire Referral Agent Program?

Simple - You just refer people and business who could benefit from our services and you get paid for those referrals.

Most people recommend businesses or service providers that they have confidence in to help family, friends and colleagues with their needs and it gives them a good feeling to know that they are recommending a reputable business that will look after those that they refer and give good service or price.

For more than 14 years we have delivered professional IT services to our clients and in the process we have developed a trusted name and strong, long term relationships with many of our customers. As such our established customers have referred a lot of business to us simply by word of mouth. In fact, w ord of mouth referrals have delivered such a significant growth in our customer base that it has surpassed all other paid advertising and marketing strategies over time. As such it was appropriate that a significant percentage of our marketing budget be directed towards developing this word of mouth or referral resources. That is exactly what we have done by developing the referral gent program.

What is a Referral Agent?

A Referral Agent is a person who refers people and business that need to buy products or services or could benefit from having certain products or services and who gets paid for those referrals.

Do other industries use referral agents?

Yes! Many industries have developed and rely upon strong referral s and referral agent programs and give benefits or pay referral fees or spotters fees to encourage referrals . Some examples Drug Companies to Doctors to recommend drugs, doctors to specialists, Lawyers to barristers, real estate agents and developers to people referring buyers, Banks, finance and Investment companies to Financial advisers and accountants, car sales and towing even pay spotters fees which is pretty much the same thing.

As you can see the concept is certainly not new or unique to us. What can I earn as a Referral Agent?

If you know anyone needing any of our services or products, chances are you can earn a income from it. The income for most service is included in our Referral Agent Agreement.

You will earn income on all Ezehire Products and Services that are purchase as a result of your referrals. You can earn commissions on all of our services and products. You can earn commission on pretty much anything in the ICT (IT and Communications) and AV industry as well as IT and AV rental or even the financing of equipment. In fact the financing of equipment could earn you double commission (one for the sale and one for the finance).

Referral Agents also receive a discount equivalent to their commissions on any products or services for their own use.

How much can I earn under the Ezehire referral program?

You can earn as much as you like!

Some referrals earn many thousands of dollars in a single commission whilst others just earn regular small commissions. What you earn as with everything depends on how active you are.

Whilst Referral Agents are earning many thousands of dollars on top of their regular income or even enough not to have to work a regular job at all. There is no limit to what you can earn but your income will obviously depend on your activity. You can work as much or as little as you like.

What are the Discounts and Benefits of the Ezehire referral program?

Once your Referral Agency has been activated you will receive discounts on all services and products that you purchase through Ezehire. We have access to many products from televisions and audio visual to computers and pretty much anything in the ICT (IT and Communications) industry. You could get substantial discounts on all of it. This could save you thousands of dollars depending on what you purchase.


What are the different layers of the Ezehire Referral Agents?

The three tiers of the Ezehire Referral program are based on the three eligible agent types;

1. Inside Referral Agent - Ezehire customers have automatic entitlement to be appointed to Referral Agent and following official appointment will be entitled to earn commissions from all referrals.

2. Outside Referral Agent - any person wishing to become a commissioned referral agent either from home, in the course of business, through social circles or internet referral strategies may do so and will enjoy the discounts and benefit entitlements of our referral agent program

3. Associate Referral Agent - Any Business or Corporation doing business with or associated in any way with Ezehire.


Who is eligible for the Ezehire referral program?

The following people are eligible to become referral partners of Ezehire and entry into our referral program.

1. Private Citizens - Workers as part of a larger body, Pensioners, Stay-at-home Mums etc.

2. Business - Businesses, Corporations, Body Corporate, Retirement Homes, Agents.

3. Professionals - Accountants, Lawyers, Teachers, Doctors, Nurses, Engineers etc.

4. Education - Students, Teachers, Schools, Universities.

5. Other Groups - Community Groups, Clubs, Associations, sports.

6. Retirement - home seeking benefits for residents.


How do I become an Ezehire Referral Agent?

To register to be an Ezehire referral agent you simply need to complete the online application on our website. Ezehire reserves the right to offer, decline or remove referral agent status at

anytime for any reason in terms with the referral agent contract.


How are you paid your referral payments?

Ezehire referral payments are paid directly to you by any of the following means;

1. Direct deposit to your nominated bank account.

2. In goods or services that you choose from Ezehire.

3. Through Gift Certificates on request.

Payment methods are tailored around your individual requirements and negotiated individually with you.


When am I eligible to receive my referral fees?

You are entitled to receive referral fees or commissions on all business that you introduce. To activate your agency you must make a minimum of 2 referrals. Your fees and commissions will commence to flow immediately following your 2nd successful referral at which time you will also be back paid the fee or commission from your first referral.


What referral Commissions or Payment will I be paid?

Ezehire referral commissions or payments amounts differ depending upon the service or product purchased or subscribed to by the party that you referred. These commissions are nominated in the Referral Agent Agreement.


In what circumstance will I not be paid referral payments?

You will not be paid a referral payment in a number of circumstances. These include but are not

limited to;

• A referred customer cancels their agreement or does not pay for their goods or services;

• The referred customer is a return customer;

• If you are in payment default under any agreement with Ezehire .

• The minimum spend of a customer is not reached.

• You do not provide suitable details to identify a referred party prior to contact with Ezehire .

• The referred customer nominates a different referring party.

• The referred customer declines to nominate a referring party.


Are there any limitations on payments?

There are no limitations within this referral payment program so long as the above conditions and conditions within any sponsorship agreement or agent’s contract are abided by. In the case of Tier 1, should the referral payments become in excess of the monthly bill of that customer then that customer may be contacted regarding advancing to Tier 3, becoming a Referral Agent. .
